Hello! Thank you for considering me as your counselor—it would be an honor to support you on your journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor-Conditional (LCPC-C), working under the supervision of a fully licensed professional as I continue toward full licensure. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine and bring a diverse background in public health and applied research to my counseling practice.
Originally from the high desert Southwest, I now reside in northern Maine. Outside of counseling, I enjoy getting outdoors, traveling, cooking, and connecting with loved ones.
In my work, I draw on my research and public health training to ground my practice in evidence-based approaches while considering how broader systems shape mental and physical health. My counseling philosophy centers on supporting your natural pathways toward healing by prioritizing safety, connection, and exploration of the felt sense. When the time feels right, I help guide deeper internal work using emotion-focused, experiential, attachment-based, or interpersonal neurobiological approaches.
I also incorporate training in family systems theories to inform my work with individuals and couples. Additionally, I’m deeply inspired by personal experience with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and am pursuing formal training to offer this transformative approach.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients in their healing process. I look forward to getting to know you and working together to support your goals.
